Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you're entitled to a refund, including if we fail to deliver the service as committed.

Last updated: [DATE] · Effective from: [DATE]
🚧 Pre-launch notice This is a draft Refund & Cancellation Policy, published ahead of our full commercial launch — trials are completely free, so there's nothing to refund today. The terms below describe what will apply once paid plans go live. Questions in the meantime: sales@ekioskhealth.com.

1. Scope

This policy applies to payments made for eKiosk Health subscription plans, setup fees, and custom work (data migration, API/partner integration, customization), paid via Razorpay or UPI.

2. Free trial

New accounts get a free 14-day trial with no card required. No payment is taken during the trial, so there is nothing to refund — simply don't upgrade if you decide not to continue.

3. If we fail to deliver as committed

You're entitled to a refund, in full, in these situations:

  • Setup not completed within the committed window (7–15 days from payment, based on agreed volume of work) for reasons on our side — full refund of the one-time setup fee for the affected module, or a service credit of equal value if you'd rather continue.
  • A paid module is not delivered at all within 30 days of the committed setup window — full refund of that module/plan's fee for the current billing period.
  • Platform downtime beyond our committed uptime (see Terms of Service, Section 5) in a billing month — a pro-rated service credit for that month.

This is in addition to, not instead of, any other remedy available to you by law. It does not apply to delays caused by force majeure, or by your own failure to provide information/approvals we need to complete setup.

4. 7-day money-back window

If you're not satisfied with your first paid plan purchase for any reason, tell us within 7 days of payment and we'll refund it in full, provided setup work has not yet been substantially completed. This is separate from the non-delivery remedy above, which applies any time the relevant failure occurs.

5. Cancelling an annual plan

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Outside the 7-day window above and the non-delivery remedy in Section 3, we do not refund the unused portion of a plan you choose to stop using voluntarily, except where required by law.

6. What's not refundable

7. How to request a refund

Email sales@ekioskhealth.com with your account email and payment reference, describing the reason. We'll confirm the outcome within 10 business days; approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
